Cancellation Policy

CLIENT SERVICE AGREEMENT INTEGRITY MARKS MOBILE NOTARY SERVICES CLIENT SERVICE AGREEMENT This Client Service Agreement ("Agreement") is entered into between Integrity Marks Mobile Notary Services ("Notary") and the client identified below ("Client") for the purpose of providing professional notarial services. Scope of Services Integrity Marks Mobile Notary Services provides professional notarial services including, but not limited to: General Notarizations Mobile Notary Services Witness Services Remote Online Notarizations (where authorized) Document Courier Services (when applicable) Services are performed in accordance with all applicable state laws governing notarial acts. Not Legal Advice The Notary Public is not an attorney unless specifically licensed to practice law. The Notary: Cannot explain legal documents Cannot select forms for the client Cannot advise whether a document should be signed Cannot provide legal opinions Clients requiring legal advice should consult a licensed attorney. Identification Requirements Clients must present valid government-issued photo identification that complies with applicable state law. Examples include: Driver's License State Identification Card Passport Military Identification Expired identification may not be accepted unless permitted by law The Client agrees to: Appear personally before the Notary (unless using authorized Remote Online Notarization) Be mentally competent Sign willingly and without coercion Provide complete and accurate information Review documents before signing Fees: Fees include applicable notarization fees, travel fees, convenience fees (where lawful), and any additional charges disclosed before service. Payment is due at the time of service unless other arrangements have been made. Invoices will be emailed or hand delivered for payment due upon receipt within the same day of service no later than 48 hours after services have been rendered. Cancellations Appointments cancelled with less than 2 hours' notice may be subject to a cancellation fee. Travel already completed is non-refundable. If Notary feels unsafe/threatened services will cancel out. Integrity Marks Mobile Notary Services shall not be liable for delays caused by incorrect information provided by the Client, government processing times, weather, traffic, or circumstances beyond reasonable control. Governing Law This Agreement shall be governed by the laws of the state of Arizona in which the notarization is performed.
